Generative experiments

A collection of generative experiments made in the end of 2021 using my own custom color palette generator and 2D canvas.

Through most of those experiments I've tried to make movement emerge from still images and recreate the imperfections of drawing or printing techniques with code.

Wavy

An attempt at creating a feeling of movement from a still image using sinusoidal curves.
Counter shapes

Animated concentric circles drawn using empty or filled shapes.

Drawing colored squares using a quadricolor print like render.

Drawing stylized waves sketches in a linocut print style, trying to reproduce the inherent imperfections of this printing method.
